Consideration for PTO accrual not to be strictly based on a 40-hour work week, as hourly associates aren’t always able to control reaching those hours due to occupancy and forecasting. This can impact their ability to earn time off through no fault of their own. I also believe making vacation time available after the first six months would feel more aligned with their initial trial period and be greatly valued by the team.
