Highgate takes a different approach than most employers and they want to dream differently and think up new and exciting ways to innovate in our industry. We are challenged to make each day an impactful one with our team and our guests. Working with my team and my mentors it allowed me to break out of my shell and really discover my self worth. We are a growing company with many different types of locations. Because not every location operates in the same way or to same hotel standards (branded/non-branded) not all of the processes and procedures are the same at some hotels. Because of that I feel that our policies and procedures set forth from a company level aren't as detailed or outlined as they could be.
