Incapable and clueless corporate level employees from payroll to HR to purchasing to AP. No guidance or answers on property challenges. Frequently had to involve multiple people in a department for something that should be a simple task like finding a vendor or applying an approved wage increase to an hourly employee. Very little support from above property managers on progressing a career. Will ignore qualified internal candidates to support demands from less effective and unqualified personnel. Poor internal practices like a manager leaving one Highgate hotel to go to another, then taking all the employees from the old hotel to the new one leaving that hotel understaffed and underperforming.
