I'll just start by saying it's hard to work here. You tend to work hard, put in nights and weekends, and do your best and the result is it's not enough. They run a highly regimented business, way too much so for their size. They lack a lot of people-management wisdom. People who were directors in a 20 person firm, Lucid or Big Fish, all of a sudden became VPs at the new 40 person firm. Too much, too fast, and now the consequences of that are showing in poor processes and poor communication. They have the PR skills to make this company look good on Glassdoor, but it's all smoke and mirrors.
