100% fake people, welcoming at first but as time continues you get put on the back burner and are never recognized no training what so ever, was thrown in and expected to clean up peoples mess that had been going on for years, lack of documentation, lack of their own people knowing what documents should be retained. lack of communication, managers pushing off duties to either other people or later dates until its so outdated that it becomes part of the mess claim to be flexible in work environment, remote, hybrid, where ever you'd like...instead force you to adhere to a specific schedule. so many other cons to even list.
