When I worked there, they were losing employees so quickly that the whole team was providing 24/7 coverage with 8 employees. This led to a total crisis if anyone ever called in sick.
During this crisis some employees were expected to work weekends, even working for multiple weeks at a stretch without a day off.
The management here expects employees to have an extremely high level of technical proficiency. However, once you start working 99% of what you do is deal with credit card issues.
