The owner is extremely one sided politically and shares his views with the company openly. There is no real leadership for the sales teams. The “account managers” who have been with the company the longest, even if they have no sales experience, are given top quality leads.

Treated like an adult - not micro-managed. You’re able to have agency and control in your decisions and process. Supportive team mates. Work is remote (location depends on project site and employee’s specific role in the project).

Svantaggi

Mainly the low salary - especially in California - compared to similar roles in the area. Also, sometimes projects require long hours or weekend work and this can extend for months.
