The office is old but nice

Management is not very great with communication

You get experience, and very tough skin

Lots. Lowest end of pay scale in area for salary. Very uncaring and abrasive management. Large for-profit model and high volume of patients, lots of responsibility on APP’s who do not have a voice. Lateral violence, culture needs A LOT of work!! Honestly the turnover speaks for itself… practically all current APP’s are waiting for their initial contract to be done or trying to get out of it early. Bonuses continue to have more added stipulations as soon as you sign on!!( weekend coverage, higher panel, etc)
