Disappointing experience - Recensione dipendente - Account Manager presso Hilti Group

Company is full of pretenders, working few hours and when working doing very little. Lots of complaining too from staff. High staff turnover. If you have a degree of any type, this is not the job for you. You won't stay long and the turnover proves that. The biggest 'pain point' was that long serving managers have no exposure or external work experience. 100% of a long tenure has been spent at Hilti. More exposure to other brands and industry may help expand their thinking skills. For me choosing to work at Hilti was a terrible decision on my part. There are far better companies and brands in market where you feel like your job has a purpose.
