A recent change Of management have ruin what used to be a great Culture. Working at Hilti for 2 years and an experience that started as the best job, turned into the worst job. Core product lines constantly out of stock, causing the customer facing staff to handle the customer abuse with no solution and loss of sales. Company culture is non existent, a consistent amount of negativity amongst the sales team and unhappiness. Remuneration far off the mark of where it needs to be. A promise of big commission and bonus’s to make up the shortfall but it is extremely hard to make these targets. Unless you are in the specific trade code that is doing well. A promise of development and career progression is made to multiple people with many waiting years and years for that next step. Personally I would recommend you continue the job hunt and take a position at another company so you don’t make the same mistake and waste a few years of your life.
