1. Local senior managememt are lack rich mamagement experience. Not professional and mature to handle some staff issues . 2. Very local culture here. Maybe a good company to work in europe and usa. Not here. Not very diversified culture. It was promoted as very international culture. Not here. 3. Used to be a very conservative, caring working environmemt, now has been changed to be aggressive. Need to pay attention to communicate and challenge people with respect.
