Vantaggi
Great workmates and flexible to a degree
Svantaggi
Working at Hilti can be a mixed bag. On one hand, it's a good place to start as account management. But there are some real challenges, such getting paid 75k-80k per year One big issue is that you often have to chase senior managers for support. The current focus seems more on impressing higher-ups than looking out for the team. Hilti used to be great for learning and support from managers. But things changed with new senior managers who care more about admin work than actually helping their teams. They might even throw you under the bus to score points with higher management. Senior account managers have it tough. They have to onboard newbies for months while trying to hit their own targets. This leads to a lack of support for new hires, who are promised a lot during recruitment but then face a steep learning curve and little help. Many experienced managers have left recently, frustrated by the emphasis on fake data over real support. And while tools like Salesforce are powerful, they've become more about admin work than actual sales, eating up a lot of time on your laptop than being out there getting sales Some sales managers also lack cultural sensitivity, making the environment feel outdated and unwelcoming to diversity. If you're into administrative work, Hilti might suit you. But if you want strong mentorship and a supportive culture, it might not be the best fit right now.
