Discounts on hotel rooms, free breakfast, some really fabulous guests. Other positives include comprehensive training if you want it. Some coworkers and managers were fun and easy to get along with. Another great thing about the Garden Inn is that you belong to a larger company that has core values.

Management was ineffective and they didn't seem to care about the employees. Whenever something went wrong, it became a blame game instead of focusing on why the mistake was made. One manager I had, I would consider a bully. The hotel would get busy at times, and there was no support. Crazy and erratic hours.
