Lets start from the beginning, the interview questions are completely irrelevant. They are psychological questions that if answered incorrectly will count against you. The company could be considered a group of weak, incompetent and dysfunctional individuals. One has to go into work thinking that day could very well be their last. I'd say most employees all have this mutual feeling as well as dissatisfaction. For the most part the majority of the staff would agree with what I'm saying and I would say at least 90% of them aren't happy with their jobs and are actively seeking work. However, one part I never understood is the employment of non engineers. How in this world are they qualified to have their position? In my entire professional life I have never encountered such incompetent, immature and moronic employees. In addition, whom ever hired them should be examined and their authority should be questioned, without a doubt. I believe a company should be run by young, energetic and intelligent candidates. Of which Hilton Software has none of. Hilton Software is not a company you want to grow in or that you should confide in. This company will use you, toss you and poke at you with a hot iron stick. This company wont be around for the long run. In order to exist within this competitive world you need a team, this is never a one man show. If your preparing yourself for an interview for this company, sleep on it and run the opposite way. Like I said, smoke in mirrors.
