Older and merged Ashok Leyland SBU units were greatly disturbed with new management systems that are hurting the growth. - IT and ERP yet to any revenues while rest of teh industry is growing in revenues. - Non existing and dis-functional Marketing team. - Do not bother-me attitude of Human Resource department who handles only resignations and hiring lame talents on fat pay packets. - No interaction between top management and middle management. - Unwanted global offices filled with Ex-Sathyam employees, just enjoying the travel perks and overseas on-site compensation benefits. - Large disparities in Pay scale. Pay scale difference for the same level ranges in the ratio of 1:4. - Losing fast many talented and experienced employees. - Recently recruited Graduate Engineer Trainees, left untrained and non-billed. - Bad management policies showing signs of collapse, leaving the company with no funds to pay bonuses, appraisals and travel reimbursments.
