Often business operates with roles remaining open for long periods of time and candidates considered are personal connections or lacking in professional experience -Low ceiling. There is a limited amount (2 total) of roles/titles available and lack of support to move beyond -Local management team is able to operate with little oversight, setting the tone to align with their own personal comfort/views, which can dramatically shift the culture and expectations of the workplace -There is a disinterest in cultivating talent or allowing team members to exhibit ambition or interest in growth -No access to Hines corporate events offering connection and professional growth but rather locally organized, alcohol driven celebrations (swimsuits) that not attending can result in your manager restricting opportunity
