In-depth training + regular client interactions = more confidence and better soft skills. Mix of repeat customers and new leads. Regular exchange of tips and ideas among team members. Clear targets. No micromanagement. Compensation made up of base pay and incentives.

Svantaggi

Takes both time and effort to grasp all the product details

Vantaggi

I work directly with dentists and specialists to promote implant solutions. It's an interesting environment where you gain a lot of valuable product knowledge. The pay is performance-driven, which means motivated sellers can make really good money, and the benefits are competitive. I love the independence that comes with field-based work (never much liked being stuck in an office all day).

Svantaggi

Long days aren't rare, especially when travel is required.

Vantaggi

There were a few decent coworkers who made the day less heavy.

Svantaggi

It started off feeling like a regular job situation, nothing too alarming at first, just doing tasks and trying to settle in, but the longer it went the more the cracks showed. Low pay stayed stuck while favoritism became pretty obvious, managers would lie or shift explanations whenever issues came up, compensation plans kept changing without notice, leadership was basically missing in action with fear based control running everything, freaks with constantly changing attitudes seemed to set the tone, discrimination in opportunities and hiring decisions was hard to ignore, and micromanagement made even basic work feel like you were being watched nonstop. Stress kept building instead of easing up and support was almost nonexistent. Eventually it just felt like you were navigating chaos instead of a job. On top of that, there was no real sense of direction day to day, decisions would flip without explanation and you were expected to just adjust without support, communication between teams was messy or completely missing, and instead of fixing problems leadership would just tighten control even more which made everything feel heavier and more suffocating over time.
