You get training into what dental implants are and the benefits of them. Honestly if you’re interested in dentistry, their training is quite informative.

Horrid work environment and it’s quite clear they are requesting internal employees to leave good reviews because there’s no way they should be 3/5 stars. - Korean EVERYTHING. CEO rarely visits (met him once) and him and the higher ups speak ZERO English. - Terrible pay for a medical sales gig. I was the top performer on the eastern coast for a stint, and brought in > $600,000 for the business in a year. Commission on the year was just under $20,000... Awful percentage. Benco, Biomet etc are 3x that for reference. - Lousy $34K salary (expected at a young age) but the annual bonus raised that to $35,000 after two years of work. 1.5% a year at a salary that low is silly. - Had a side business of making websites for some of my clients (this actually led to numerous contracts FOR Hiossen) and I was terminated for having a “second job.” Hiring contract stated we could have a job as long as it didn’t interfere with work/it was a competitor. - Insane hours. I cannot stress this enough. Required Friday night and weekend work days, I was working 50-70 hours a week varying, for that salary. Not worth it.

I work directly with dentists and specialists to promote implant solutions. It's an interesting environment where you gain a lot of valuable product knowledge. The pay is performance-driven, which means motivated sellers can make really good money, and the benefits are competitive. I love the independence that comes with field-based work (never much liked being stuck in an office all day).

This is a highly dysfunctional and poorly operated organization. The internal culture places an excessive emphasis on micromanagement rather than empowering employees to perform at a high level. Leadership relies heavily on control and pressure-driven tactics, which ultimately leads to disengagement and low morale across the team. There is a clear lack of modern leadership practices, with management prioritizing authority over effective problem-solving and team development. Instead of fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment, the focus often shifts toward maintaining control, which limits both individual and organizational growth. Compensation is not competitive with industry standards, and the commission structure lacks transparency and consistency. In many cases, it feels unnecessarily complex, making it difficult for employees to clearly understand or maximize their earnings. The company also experiences high turnover, which reflects deeper systemic issues within leadership and culture. While it may offer short-term experience, it is not an environment that supports long-term professional growth.
