Working at Hire Resolve has been a fantastic experience thus far. Being able to work from anywhere offers the convenience of having more hours in your day and less time and money spent on travelling back and forth from an office. My fellow colleagues are very friendly, helpful and driven. This is great, as it boosts moral and you feel as if you have succeeded in your role at the end of each day. The director, James, is very hands on in his company, creating a great environment where you feel like you are a part of something bigger and you feel like you are more than just a number on a spreadsheet. Hire Resolve is built on a foundation of outstanding values and a purpose to offer the best service and the most highly qualified and valuable candidates to their clients. I can assure you that from behind the scenes of recruitment, the Team is hard at work, making sure to put out the best that they possibly can, and being able to do so because of a Boss that will support, educate and celebrate his team at every opportunity.

The only con I would say is that your daily tasks can often build up and seem like alot to tackle, creating stress and panic. However management is very understanding and will help you if you need guidance.
