For someone young in their career, this can be a good choice, but don't plan on staying. You will have a chance to learn how to help clients and understand asset management. Medical benefits are outstanding but they do not offer long term disability or any benefits welcoming to new mothers. Catered lunch a couple times a week is a nice touch.

This is family run business. Bonuses are minimal and well below industry. Opportunity for advancement is highly limited.
