It has many of the benefits of a large company, like multiple people per project team and discrete business units with defined responsibilities, but much of the technical flexibility of a small one. Individuals are encouraged to drive organizational change. This company actually respects a 40-hour work week.

This isn't the best paying job in the city, and management isn't always the most friendly to people with nontraditional appearance or identity. It's still a great place anyway.
