Vantaggi
- Great co-workers. - Great and brand new office. - There might not be a better L&D program in the country for new hires. - Top-shelf benefits. - Good bonus program.
Svantaggi
- Very few opportunities to work in proper projects. - Extremely rigid hierarchy, even though they tell you otherwise. - You can't help but feel like you're just a small piece of the puzzle in comparison to people working in the UK (and no wonder everyone dreams of being invited to work there, as it's happened to a few former colleagues). - Microsoft-related projects only. - Tech stack is severely behind competitors. - You won't get anywhere unless you're ready to constantly massage management's ego. - Promotions only if you hit a hard utilisation target, which becomes untenable for some streams where projects simply don't take place. - Low wages in comparison to the rest of the market, which they try to make up with a somewhat generous bonus policy which only a few people are able to get access to because of the aforementioned utilisation issue. - The more generalist approach to some of the streams clearly hurts personnel and the company itself.
