The company has a terrific family atmosphere. The owner is approachable and easy to talk to, while the general atmosphere is laid back and creative. New ideas are welcomed, with room for mistakes, which are quickly forgotten. Hitfar is also a good community member, with environmental policies we like to see in a modern company.

Hitfar as many long serving employees, so promotions from within the company can take some time because positions rarely open up.

Great people, employees. Parking is included.

Owner is a push over. Cant think for himself if his company depended on it. Arrogance is the company's huge downfall. Think they deserve the business, you earn business.
