Hive Group is a remarkable company where initiative, leadership, and innovation are not just appreciated; they are celebrated. I joined intending to manage a single program, but I quickly discovered many opportunities to make meaningful contributions beyond my initial role. From leading business development efforts and establishing a vibrant Program Management Community of Interest to launching our first PMP Certification Cohort, each experience has been rewarding. Most recently, I had the honor of leading the development of HiveIQ, our internal PMO framework, incorporating industry-best practices from PMI, CMMI, and ISO standards. Our leadership is approachable and receptive, fostering a culture that promotes collaboration, sparks curiosity, and supports professional development. Although Hive Group is a smaller firm, its ambitions are limitless, and it has a clear vision to set a new standard in the government contracting and consulting field. Being part of a team that emphasizes high-quality service and operational excellence is both motivating and energizing.

Like many growing companies, some of our internal processes are still being improved. However, it’s uplifting to see leadership actively involving staff at all levels to improve these areas.
