Thank you for your detailed feedback, we sincerely appreciate your insight and are very sorry to hear about your experience.
However, we strongly believe that constructive feedback can help us grow. Here are some actions that I want to share with you that are aligned with some of the feedback you provided above.
As you probably heard during our virtual our all-hands meeting and read on our intranet, we are working very hard to strengthen our company culture in every part of the organization, since we know that this could be a challenge within a fast-growing company. Some initiatives are:
- Our virtual 3-day kick off with focus on Core Values (In Q1)
- A 60-day program for setting cross-functional processes and collaboration (Starting in Q1)
- Leadership Training Program (Starting in Q2)
- A new Employee Engagement Tool (Starting in Q2)
- Our committee for Health, Engagement & Well-being (Started in Q1)
If you do not believe that the initiatives above will be enough to create a better culture and foster greater leadership, please reach out to the People Experience Team with specific feedback that we can act on. At Hive, we believe in a “test, learn and grow" mentality.
