Good pay, great hours, excellent benefits, paid time off, lots of overtime during holiday season, discounts on toys. Its a fun place to work. Gets a little hectic during the holidays but the overtime pay makes it worthwhile. Management schedules "Employee Appreciation Days" where they provide lunch for all staff which is nice since its always some good food. The discounts we receive on toys makes christmas shopping a little less hard on the bank account.

Svantaggi

Nothing really bad about working for Hobbytron. The long hours during the holiday season are tiring but the overtime pay makes it worth it.

There's a lot of pros with the company. First of all, it feels like we're all a family here. Everyone is warm and greets each other with a smile. We joke around a lot too, but we know when to get serious. Management appreciates all the work that we do. We are rewarded and encouraged to do our best which is great. It makes me feel like I'm definitely part of a team.

There's nothing that I can think of at the moment. It gets hectic from time to time, but that is expected already. Tech wise, sometimes our site crashes, but it's not a big deal. We get it up and running in no time.

The people in charge are liers that will do anything to get the most amount of work from you for the least amount of money. They will promise you a promotion or raise that will never come. Suspensions are a daily threat, often not because of poor performance, but because they are low on money and can not afford to pay you for that day. Overall the management doesn't have the capabilities to properly run a company. The sick and vacation rate schedule is not conducive. If I recall correctly, after your 90 day probationary period, you get one, maybe two sick days for the next six months. I'm not an advocate of calling out sick, but an employee should not have to worry if they become very ill about loosing money.
