Awful pay. they don't meet minimum legal requirements for sick pay. They threaten to send you home without pay if there's nothing to do, even if you haven't met contracted hours. The managers and long term employees are bullies. People pay hundreds, if not thousands to stay here yet they pay their staff hardly anything. Hardly any breaks. Lack of PPE for cleaning (no gloves to strip faeces covered bedding). The shifts promised in the interview were not the shifts given, given many less hours than promised. Expected to give 5* service to customers who pay a fortune, going above and beyond, without receiving anything on return.
