I'm sorry that the short time you spent at the hospital was not to your expectations. As I am aware of your specific situation, I highly encourage you to contact me directly regarding the reason for your dismissal.
During the recruiting an onboarding process, we provide clear communication regarding pay structure and benefits including opportunities for advancement within the hospital. Because we are a small, critical access hospital with fewer than 350 employees, the opportunities to grow one's career are not as robust as they are within larger organizations. I certainly apologize if we failed to be more clear about the expectations and job duties when the position was offered to you. This is an area that we've improved upon recently with both Human Resources and hiring directors.
