Everyone for the most part is friendly. Freedom in how you complete your tasks. Able to take breaks whenever you feel like it so long as your tasks are done.

Svantaggi

Scheduling for the kitchen is based on how many residents are there so if the amount of residents abruptly drops so do your hours. There is a clear lack of respect among the supervisors.
