Very immature and unethical HR dept. Favoritism and gossip. Upper management picks favorites and conducts crooked behavior towards highly reputable good workers simply from he said/she said. Don't give good raises or recognize good quality employees. Treat good employees distastefully. Company has lost so far, 6 of their top notch employees and about to lose more due to work overload and poor recognition for their work and poor pay. Use and abuse. Very very micro and unethical management and HR. Many unhappy employees.
