-Terrible Health insurance (almost equivalent to NO INSURANCE). Hi deductibles, poor coverage. -Lack of proper management -Lafarge tries to implement "Courage to Care", but it's more about the money. They pretend to care about their employees but they only care about the top dollar. It's no secret, if we can get a dangerous job done safely in 5 days versus 4 days "unsafely", they would choose the 4 day method. - At times we have been forced to work 16-18 hours a day, then we would be expected to be back to work after only 3 hours off. -Machinery is minimal. (If one breaks down, forget about it) There is no back up plan.
