Fun people to work with, interesting variety of events (from dog shows to weddings), good place to start in the industry and move up. If you were a banquet bartender, you often got tips.

Svantaggi

The manager turnover was horrible, almost as bad as the employee turnover. Also, they could have invested more in the quality of the facilities. It was sometimes embarrassing. Even when they did update it, it would quickly turn terrible.
