Awful senior management leadership Bullying from 1 senior individual in particular which HR are fully aware of but nothing is done (instead the individual was promoted) Bullying culture in general which is rewarded and encouraged (only a very small group of nice people) Incredibly old systems to work from No appreciation for staff Extremely chaotic with no clear objectives or priorities Below average social events No bonuses except for senior management and they receive a high amount No inductions or training provided and expected to know how everything works as soon as you join Poor interview process
