Upper management does not care about you at all. Cutting corners even if it means employees lose out because they’re struggling financially. Seems they bit off more than they could chew ever since buying PetPeople. Sometimes going above and beyond for the customer comes at exhausting / frustrating costs. Mystery shops with near impossible standards. We are not sale robots. Selling is about connecting with a customer on their level and every retail store wants you to shove everything in their faces ad nausem. The average person DOES NOT want this!
