Nepotism. Know someone??? You will advance. Don’t??? You won’t. It’s a scratch my back and I’ll scratch your back organization. They care nothing for their employees unless the employee is benefiting them. As soon as you do something that hurts your managers ego or hurts a friends ego they will let you go. Continual false promises of advancement with nothing to show for it. Minimal raises that are promised but they find ways of limiting them. They pay under market value for the industry and state. The c-suite is full of politically motivated individuals whose jobs not hope is to scratch there own backs, fill their pockets, and avoid bad publicity. Anything good or any accolade accomplished by this facility is bought not earned. They got “best places to work” busy bribing and paying for it. It’s not a great place to work at all. They pay providers poorly except for new hires. They pay new providers salary for two to three years and then they put them on production. Only problem is they pay a salary that put production in top tier. Providers hemorrhage away from this place because it’s a dumpster fire. Management refuses to acknowledge or celebrate pride month, black history month, or anything inclusive. Even chases a provider away for being to vocal about it. They’re about $5,000,000 in the hole so they won’t be increasing pay anytime soon.

Flexibility, clinic hours, holidays off

Also flexibility. Too many call offs. Understaffed in the worst way. Pay isn’t good.
