I do not believe leadership considered Trenton workers for permanent positions. I was and still am a hard worker, dependable and available to work any shift.
Management over 75 years old - Antiquated systems and processes. Racist - The board very laid back, zero support and nobody to talk to about issue. HR - Warehouse - Management very behind with 80’s systems and management. Building is always on fire check Ewing and Trenton Fire Department post. It’s dangerous and joke at the same time. Zero room for growth. CFO n CEO have conflicts but staff have to be follow either one or both regardless. Racist community - Osha needs to look into this facility asap.
