The team is full of smart and humble people. While growing and expanding the service into new markets, making tech improvements for our clients, etc, we move quickly throughout a supportive environment. We have team members who have been in the real estate industry for decades and others who bring their expertise in operations, engineering, and/or customer service. We frequently collaborate on projects and tasks, allowing us to build and iterate on innovative products and services for our clients.

Like most companies adapting to working remote as a result of the pandemic, we had some learning experiences. The leadership team was responsive to feedback and continues to implement ways to give employees consistent updates and forums to stay connected as a team and grow in their careers.
