As you will likely know, Home Group has set an objective to be an ED&I global exemplar. In late 2021 we launched our "No Home for Hate" charter in collaboration with customers and colleagues. This charter clearly spells out what kind of behaviour is unacceptable with guidelines on what steps to take in regards to reporting and taking action. No one should suffer this kind of treatment anywhere, never mind the workplace and especially not our workplace! Regards Simone
