The only thing of importance is revenue for the company. Schedules are thrown together with no thought, usually causing techs to overlap each other, and ridiculous distances between services, all while in a 2 hour window. The hourly employees are stuck in some of the worst conditions to work in, while receiving wages that are laughable. The thought of overtime pay is brought up during interview processes, but then management slashes all OT. Route techs are required to work 6 day work weeks when working saturdays, in most circumstances, that’s every Saturday in the month. There is favoritism amongst managers. Some managers are able to miss monthly budgets month after month with little consequence. Others, are demoted at the first sign of failure. The empty promises of upper management get old after a while as well. During the coronavirus pandemic, while many companies were offering cash bonuses amongst other things to their workers, home paramount offered a HP face mask to theirs, but only if they were called and could answer a trivia question. I could go on and on, but overall, the place is a shell of itself from what it was in 2015.
