Great people, hard working environment.

Long hours at times; probably to be expected.

Hillary, the office manager, is an amazing trainer and easily answered all questions that came up.

Supervisor didn’t provide any necessary information when training started. Was sat at a computer; with no communication the first day. There were no SOPs for customer service reps to use as guides on how to do their job
