They offer a budget for external training. Some interesting benefits like internal training, meeting experts, flexible working hours.

Typical startup atmosphere: Lack of processes, no career path, salary below from the market, many people in the leadership role without enough experience or expertise in the field. They promise a lot during the recruiting phase and after you get in, you are "stuck". In the last 2 years in the company, I have seen only higher roles getting a promotion (all directors became vice presidents, vice presidents to the chief, an interesting fact: the majority are men and german). If you are ambitious and want to grow fast don't consider work here.
