That sounds very sketchy to me. the sales leads you are given are in fact people who were looking to get a quote online. they type in their information looking to get a real quote and it spits out a number for them and they assume that was that. Instead we now have their information and call them as many times as 3 times a day trying to sell them a policy. Once we get them on the phone they have to "verify" some information, but in reality we are asking all the same questions that they already entered online. I can guarantee less than 5% of the sales leads are remotely interested in getting their insurance over the phone.
