The training here isn’t of a high standard, I listened to 5 calls with another agent and was given a laptop on my second day and was asked to call customers with no product knowledge. They refused to pay €1000 in earned commission payments after leaving the position. Out of contract customers who had an extra month direct debit taken (€40) and asked us to refund them were lied to and told that this money was from a previous missed payment, so this company is fine with stealing from their customers. Complaint customers weren’t listened to by management and requests were ignored, leaving the front facing customer service agents in tough situations. Overall my experience here was really poor and I definitely would not recommend this employer to a friend.
