-Staff had to be available 90+ hours per week while being on part- time low hour contracts - Out of work activites and hobbies were veto-ed and strongly discouraged by management. - Rosters were always released late forcing staff to constantly be 'on hold' /inconsistent hours - Staff had to sign documents saying they 'let the team down' after taking a sick day and grilled by management re their absence during 'back to work interviews' 10 days absense triggered a 'red alert' and staff were subject to further grilling.
