Greed to beat down other departments led it to where it is now. Overpromising the higher ranks without checking the basic groundwork well being. Ideas realistically shared will not be taken seriously because not willing to spend and yet expecting a facility to be blossoming every season 365 days. Too much meetings and groupchats for this and that but not concrete and failed to understand what staffs know about customers clients members but instead choose ideas of those less creative or stole ideas of others and make it their own and glorified it. Many left not because they are weak... We love the environment, serving customers good or bad BUT WHEN THINGS GONE BAD THE SUPPORT EITHER COMES WAY TOO LATE AND YOU MADE A DECISION TO KEEP THINGS MOVE FORWARD YET GOT GUNNED DOWN LATER OR SUPPORT JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING BY YOURSELVES. They want realistic stuffs but was never accepting reality at the first place hence people who newly joined, we used to place bets how long will they last... The fastest was 2-3months and resigned...the longest around 2-3years unlike before when things was humbly GREAT...we have staffs staying for 8-10yrs and still loving it. Now those long serving staffs are there because they can't find any other jobs out there that offers their current salary and benefits. Promotions is about extra roles to take over while juggling your current roles for an additional $50-100 increment in which of the same position you holding now, the market outside offers you extras $200-300 especially knowing the years of experiences you have.
