There is a clear vision for implementing cutting edge Artificial Intelligence in a space that can significantly benefit from it (home services). Significant progress has been made in Artificial Intelligence - especially in the area of knowledge representation. Matt Mason is a great leader who is both supportive and drives us forward.

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
