Longstanding leadership still functions like it's a scrappy Series A and are not adapting to what an established mid-sized businesses needs. Comically unrealistic goals, seemingly no long-term strategy, and an obsession with “working fast”. The constant pivoting feels like spinning in place, not forward progress.
