Great team, great benefits, good work (helping people get into affordable housing).

Inadequate compensation for work required.

There were some kind, and generous staff, and supervisors. Some of the staff were among the most skilled people I have met in my career.

A few of the long-term staff were dreadful-lazy, indirect, and unfriendly with the residents, and clients of the shelters.
