Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm really glad to hear you say you like coming in to work everyday. I never want anyone on any of our teams to feel otherwise! In regards to the work from home policy, I agree with you there. We were actually just reviewing that a couple weeks ago, and have some changes coming up very soon that I think will address some of your concerns. In general, we have been looking to make sure our pay /perks/benefits mix is really competitive. We've also been working hard to improve processes within all the IT divisions, as well as with external ones. Communication is such an important piece of the overall puzzle, and it can make or break projects. That will continue to be a priority.
