6yThis is great to hear. I love the energy in our San Diego office as well! Thanks for the feedback on the shifts. It can be a challenge as we try to balance employee convenience with the hours needed to reach our prospects when its most convenient for them. We've gotten better at offering flexibility and will continue to explore options. Thanks also for the feedback regarding managers interacting with our newer employees.
